Spinnlers Point, Best known for NOT having a PPL Project Line, Allows owners full ownership right to the water edge and is not subject to the PPL Buffer. Way back in the day when PPL was purchasing the 100 properties it needed to build the lake for hydro electric power, the Spinnler family refused to sell to PPL so all of the property lines in Spinnlers Point go right to the shore line. The lakefront homes on Shore Road enjoy northeasterly exposures that look across the lake at the Dam and Dike. All of the lakefront homes have LEVEL approaches to the lake. Spinnlers Point is located just west of the Rte 507 and Rte 390 intersection.
